Yes.

In the event of an emergency or disaster, the commissioner of insurance may issue temporary license to qualified persons for one year or less, at commissioner's discretion. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402-B:11.

Yes. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402-B:4.

Waived if licensed elsewhere. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402-B:5.

Continuing ed. required?

Yes.

However, waived if requirement met in home state or designated home state. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402-B:5-a.

Penalty for violation of license requirement

Misdemeanor offense for natural person, or felony if other person, and fine up to $2,500. N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402-B:13.
