- Description: INDONESIAN NATURAL UNWASHED COFFEE - There may be white or dark brown beans mixed in this coffee, a normal characteristic of the commodity. Another characteristic of this coffee is a leguminous and earthy smell which is due to the climate, the conditions of the soil and humidity in the atmosphere. This strange smell is similar to the musty odor of water damaged coffee, but in the case of Indonesian Natural Unwashed Coffee this odor is not, of itself, evidence of water damage.
