Join us for a GoToWebinar virtual panel discussion with experienced young marine professionals. This online event will offer a great opportunity for women and men in marine insurance to engage in thought-provoking discussion on important issues facing women in the industry.

Our panelists, all dynamic and well-respected leaders in the marine insurance industry, will share their personal journeys, motivations, opportunities and challenges, impacts of COVID-19 on career paths, and more. They will offer ideas for managing work-life balance, reducing stress, mentoring & networking, building a supportive community, and tips for young women entering the industry. The event will be moderated by Jay Sogliuzzo and conclude with question and answer session with the audience.

This panel discussion seeks to build on AIMU’s 2019 “Women in Marine Insurance Leadership” event and the IMO World Maritime Day 2019 theme, "Empowering Women in the Maritime Community". AIMU supports the importance of gender equality and aims to highlight the important contribution of women all over the world to the marine insurance and maritime industries.
